If you have a permanent license and encounter any problems or bugs when using RetroJ, email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and specify the following details:

  • order number, as found in the purchase receipt email
  • email of license user, as found in the text of the license file
  • description of the problem, including a relevant source code sample, and the contents of the retroj_debug.log file from your home directory

 

In case you have a trial license, email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and specify the following details:

  • email of license user, as found in the text of the trial license file
  • description of the problem, including a relevant source code sample, and the contents of the retroj_debug.log file from your home directory

If a RetroJ patch is issued in order to solve the reported problem, the support team will provide instructions on how to download it.

 

In case the 6-months support period for a permanent license has expired, but you still require support for RetroJ, email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it for instructions on purchasing it.
