WordPress is the most widely used blog engine. Since there is no comparable alternative in Java, we produced nWordPress. It is hosted at SourceForge.net.
nWordPress looks and behaves exactly like the original. More details are available at http://www.numiton.org/nwordpress/ and we have ported our company blog to run on it.
We really like the well-known phpBB forum engine and we wanted to bring it into the Java world. The result is nBB2, an open-source project hosted at SourceForge.net.
